2017 Nelson-Proxmire Dinner

Join the Waukesha County Dems in welcoming two very special guests this year, rising star in the Democratic Party Jason Kander, and Congresswoman Gwen Moore. Also joining us this year is Scot Ross, executive director of One Wisconsin Now, and Representative JoCasta Zamarripa.

Jason is a husband, a father, a former Army Captain who served in Afghanistan, and Missouri’s 39th Secretary of State. Jason, the first millennial in the country to be elected to statewide office, started Let America Vote in February 2017 to fight back against proposals across the country that make it harder for eligible voters to exercise their constitutional right to cast a ballot. He is a rising star in our Party and we could not be more excited to welcome him and introduce him to Democrats in Wisconsin.

This will include all emails, Facebook posts, printed invites to over 600 people, including all Waukesha County Delegates to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin's Convention.Also included in the promotional material will be a one page ad that will go out to every single person at the 2017 DPW Convention. This is a great way to send a message to all voters that you support County Parties and give you that last boost with voters that could be the difference between winning and losing in June. You will also be given a personal thank you immediately prior to our headline speaker, Jason Kander.
