Waukesha Dems Pick 2016 Leadership
Members of the Waukesha County Democratic Party voted for their 2016 leadership to guide the county party through a critical 2016 election cycle. Scott Trindl and Matt Lowe were voted in for their second terms as Chair and Vice Chair respectively, while the executive committee welcomes Jennifer Neuman as Treasurer and Bill Hotz as Secretary.
“I’m honored to have been reelected chair of the Waukesha County Democratic Party and am looking forward to working with all of our volunteers during the 2016 elections. We have a President and a US Senator to elect” said Chairman Trindl.
“2016 is a really big year for us and I am thrilled to be back as Vice Chair” Lowe said. “Next year, it will be vital for us to highlight the differences between our two parties. When you get past all the rhetoric and have discussions on policy, people agree with Democrats; we just need to get them to realize it. Just look at the Marquette University Law Poll released yesterday, from campaign finance to the attempts to change open records people support Democratic policies. I really think this is reflected in Governor Walker’s approval numbers and Russ Feingold polling over 10 points ahead in the Senate race” he added.
